How to File a Complaint
If you need to file a complaint regarding one of your orders or a specific product, you can do so by submitting a support ticket. Simply select ‘Messaging Channels – Tickets’ and create a ticket.
Shuji will thoroughly investigate the dispute and work towards a fair resolution based on the evidence provided by the buyer.
Dispute Investigation Process
The dispute investigation typically takes 3 to 5 working days from the date the dispute is raised. Buyers will be required to provide relevant evidence to support their claims and facilitate our investigation. How Will I Know If My Dispute Is Resolved?
Once the investigation is complete, our customer service team will inform you of the outcome via email.
If your refund request is successful, the payment will be released to you.
