Order Cancellation Process
You may contact our live chat support to cancel an order. Before proceeding, please confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation. Orders that are already in transit, including pre-order items and large items, cannot be canceled. In such cases, you can choose to return the order after receiving the package. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
To initiate a cancellation:
- Go to Mon compte and click on Orders. Locate your order and click on the order name.
- If your payment was not successful, your order will display the status Awaiting Payment.
- If your payment was successful, your order will display the status Processing.
If the cancellation request is made before payment is successful or before Shuji arranges shipment (for orders with no tracking number updated), the cancellation can be processed immediately.
